Free Roof Inspection (Door Hanger)

Are you seeing a leak inside?

Good time to reach you

14 + 8 =

There’s no obligation and no pressure. We’ll never ask you to sign anything on the spot.

What you get

Photos of your roof

We photograph what we find: shingles, flashing, vents, gutters, and any damage. You keep the photos.

A written summary

A plain-English write-up of the roof’s condition, and what we’d recommend, if anything.

No pressure

If your roof is fine, we’ll tell you so. If it needs work, you’ll get a written estimate you can compare with anyone else’s, and you can take all the time you need.

What we look for

After hail or high wind, a lot of roof damage can’t be seen from the ground. On the inspection we check:

  • Bruised, cracked, or missing shingles
  • Granule loss, often visible in gutters and at downspouts
  • Lifted shingles and broken seal strips from wind
  • Dented vents, flashing, and gutters
  • Flashing around chimneys, walls, and pipes
  • Signs of leaks in the attic or on ceilings, if you’d like us to look

Recent work

Shingles damaged by a fallen tree limb, with debris on the roof
Storm-torn shingles and branches around a roof vent
Cracked vinyl siding panel from an impact

Quick answers

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. There’s no charge and no obligation.

Should I get on the roof to look myself?

Please don’t. Roofs are steep and slippery, and damage is hard to judge without experience. Leave the climbing to us.

Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes. We start with an inspection and a written report with photos and our recommendations. We’ll meet your adjuster at the property and send them our updated scope and the building code requirements that apply, so your project is properly documented. When the work is done, we send the completion paperwork to your insurance company. Your claim is still between you and your insurer, and decisions about coverage are theirs.

How soon can you come out?

We’ll call to set a time that works for you, usually within a few days.
