These Terms of Use apply to your use of blackoakrenovationsllc.co (the “Site”), operated by Black Oak Renovations LLC (“Black Oak Renovations,” “we,” “us”), an Arkansas limited liability company based in Austin, Arkansas. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Using the Site

• An estimate from us is a written proposal for your specific project. Work begins only after a written contract is signed. That contract sets the scope, materials, price, and schedule, and it controls over anything on the Site.
• Submitting a form doesn’t create a contract or an obligation on either side.

Warranty

Black Oak Renovations provides a 2-year written workmanship warranty on completed projects. Its exact terms, conditions, and exclusions are in your contract and warranty document, and those documents control. Products and materials are covered by their manufacturers’ own warranties, not by Black Oak Renovations. Nothing on the Site creates any other warranty.
